There is no need to sign up for a PayPal Account, they will process your credit card just like you're used to at any other store.
At this time, we can only accept credit card payments for purchaces (no checks, money orders, etc.).

No Sales Tax
Oregon does not have a sales tax. As we are located solely in Oregon, we are not required to charge sales tax to our customers, regardless of where they live.
Order Processing Time
Up To The Elbows! is a one-mom-shop, so know that your patience is greatly appreciated.
We process and ship orders about twice a week (sometimes more). When calculating the arrival date of your cute new Arm Bibs, please allow 3-5 days "processing" time in addition to the transit time required for the shipping method you choose. Currently, most people get their Arm Bibs within 5 days of placing their order.
We strive to keep shipping costs low for our customers. We offer First Class Mail Package Rates (starting at $3.00), and Priority Mail Flat Rate Boxes ($12.85). Shipping transit times are all between 1 and 3 days. Please visit our shipping page for complete details.

Exchanges are handled similarly to returns. We will charge your credit card for the new merchandise as if it was a new order, and your refund will be applied to your credit card once we receive the original item in good, saleable condition (tags still attached). Out of Stock Items
If an item you've ordered is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible. You will have the option to wait for the item to be in stock again, or to cancel your order.
Loss or Damage in Transit
Although the US Postal service is remarkably reliable, mishaps do occur. Should a package be delayed, arrive damaged, or just not show-up at all please contact us immediately (firstname.lastname@example.org or 503-236-6190) so we can discuss the issue. Solutions will be crafted on a case by case basis. Unfortunately, our small business cannot issue a blanket offer to assume responsibility for items that are damaged during transit, but we will do our best to resolve any problems to your satisfaction.
We intend our products to be well made and well loved. Kindly contact us promptly should you notice a defect in one of our goods. Proof of purchase and a description of the problem will be requested. A solution will be crafted on a case by case basis.
